Terms are subject to AVAILABILITY. It is beyond our control to GUARANTEE an item to be in stock or not to be discontinued. To avoid disappointment, please request an update on the availability of that item should you wish to proceed with an order. Should that item be temporarily unavailable, we can inform you of an approximate delivery date or advise you of an alternative product.

DECORATION AUTHORISATION PROCESS (initial orders)

Please VIEW carefully artwork or embroidery swatches given for your approval. A decoration Authorisation Form is to be complete4d and signed prior to commencement of the decoration process. Liability will be forfeited once this form has been signed, any errors incurred thereafter will be YOUR responsibility with payment of goods remaining to be honoured.

ARTWORK/TYPSETTING

Artwork/Typesetting supplied/designed by X-Cutive Creationz remains the PROPERTY of X-Cutive Creationz. However, artwork can be purchased by the client for a fee. This cost is entirely dependent on the complexity and time afforded to design the logo.

ORDER PLACEMENT

A 50% deposit is required upon placement of an order with the outstanding balance required on delivery of goods. Goods will not be delivered until FULL payment has been made (unless prior arrangement has been approved by management).

DISHONOURED COMPANY CHEQUES

A $35 Dishonour Fee will apply to payments not cleared by the bank. If paying via this method, it generally takes 3 – 5 working days to clear. Order commencement will be delayed.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not give refunds just because you change your mind or the size is incorrectly ordered, however faulty/damaged or incorrectly decorated items made by us will be replaced and/or refunded. Notification of any returns must be authorised by us and made within 7 days. Returns will not be accepted after this time. Please CHECK goods thoroughly upon delivery.

SAMPLES

Responsibility remains with the customer to return samples left for sizing and/or viewing in the same condition as it was presented. Items that are lost and/or damaged must be paid for.

FREIGHT

Freight charges apply for orders if delivered by courier.
