To imprint your chosen product with your logo we require artwork or artwork direction. We will use your artwork or directions to apply the following decoration options.

PLEASE NOTE: Artwork for SOME processes require to be in AI or EPS formats. If not in this format, charges may apply.

DECALS / TRANSFER

Is a plastic, cloth paper or ceramic substrate that has printed on it a pattern that can be moved to another surface upon contact, usually with the aid of water and heat.

PAD PRINTING

Most plastic items, some metal and some ceramic products can be pad printed. This involves your image being made on a block and directly printed on the product.

LASER ENGRAVING

The cutting or etching of designs on metal, wood, glass or other materials using a laser. This decoration type is permanent and highly recommended on products like key rings and metal pins.

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas. Used on Garments, but can also be used on glass and ceramics.

EMBROIDERY

A design stitched on to a material through the use of high speed, computer controlled sewing machines, “Stitch count” is the number of individual stitches required to reproduce a particular design.

DIGITAL / FOUR COLOUR PROCESS PRINTING

Use when you require a logo reproduction of high quality, which involves multiple colours. The colours cyan, magenta, yellow, and black are mixed to reproduce your design.

GLASS ETCHING

Using a template of your design or logo we sandblast and etch the image onto the glass.

SUBLIMATION

Heat transfer process that employs special heat sensitive inks or toners to permanently dye polymer-coated surfaces. This decoration type is recommended on products like T-Shirts, Mugs, Coasters and Mouse Pads.

These are just a few of the decoration processes we employ, your consultant will be happy to discuss your individual requirements.
